Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CarePost ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
CarePost is a healthcare job board that lets employers post openings and lets job seekers browse and apply. We are not an employment agency, recruiter, or party to any employment relationship that arises from use of the Service.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Employer Listings & Payments
- Standard Job Posting: $99 one-time, listing live for 30 days.
- Featured Job Posting: $249 one-time, 30 days pinned with Featured badge.
- Boost Upgrade: $75 one-time add-on for existing standard listings.
- Unlimited Monthly: $499/month, unlimited featured postings and priority support.
Applicable taxes are added at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Once a paid listing is published, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.
5. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until canceled. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Cancellations stop future renewals but do not refund the current period. Plan benefits continue through the end of the paid period.
6. Employer Content Standards
You represent that listings you post are accurate, lawful, non-discriminatory, and for bona fide healthcare positions you are authorized to fill. You may not post: misleading job descriptions, multi-level-marketing schemes, content that violates equal-opportunity laws, or requests for sensitive personal information from applicants.
We may remove any listing that violates these Terms, with or without notice. Removal for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
7. Job Seeker Conduct
You agree to use the Service only to seek legitimate employment opportunities. Do not scrape listings, harvest contact information, or send unsolicited communications to employers.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is owned by CarePost and protected by intellectual property laws. Employer-submitted content remains the property of the employer, who grants us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display it on the Service.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, the accuracy of any listing, or that any application will result in employment.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarePost will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CarePost and its affiliates from any claim arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law. You may terminate your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification) will survive.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which CarePost is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
14. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
